SPECIAL EVENTS IN USA WINTER 2012

An Evening in Tuscany…
…a culinary adventure of Florence, Italy 

…  Featuring Chef Varinia
on Thursday, February 9th 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Chef Varinia and her husband, Edoardo, are the owners of Giglio Bianco,
The chef will present a brief history of the region and the foods celebrated by those who love this culturally rich land.  The evening will begin with strolling appetizers in our gallery of kitchens and continue with a full demonstration by the chef of regional fare.

On the menu …

Parmigiano Mousse with Balsamic Vinegar,
Bruschetta with Tomatoes and Sweet Fresh Onion,
Vegetable Lasagna,
Chicken Saltimbocca, and for dessert, Tiramisu

This wonderful evening event will take place in our Culinary Auditorium at our Auburn Hills location and will include printed recipes of the foods serve.
